We are scaling fast. We want someone who can help us dominate Google in the UAE. 

🎯 Role Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on SEO Specialist who understands the UAE market and knows how to push pages to top 3 results — not in theory, but in execution.

This role is for someone who loves:

• Finding keywords nobody is looking at
• Fixing pages until they rank
• Creating content frameworks that Google loves
• Outperforming local/big competitors of merchandising, print, neon and signage firms.
• Building SEO strategy across 3 brands under one ecosystem
• If you’re obsessed with search, structure, speed, CTR, links, and content quality — we want you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Keyword Strategy & Research

• Build complete keyword maps for 36HourPrint, 36HourSigns, and 36HourNeon
• Identify high-volume + high-intent UAE keywords
• Find long-tail opportunities for fast wins
• Create keyword clusters for category pages, product pages & landing pages

2. On-Page SEO Excellence

• Fix meta titles, descriptions, headers, alt tags
• Optimize content layouts (Roshan style: clean, modern, conversion focused)
• Improve internal linking and topical depth
• Build SEO-friendly product descriptions & service content

3. Website Structure & Technical SEO

• Audit site speed, crawlability, indexing
• Fix any WordPress/WooCommerce SEO issues
• Work with developers to improve Core Web Vitals
• Identify broken links, redirects, duplicate content

4. Content SEO

• Plan and manage blog strategy
• Create outlines for high-authority articles
• Work with content writers to ensure SEO accuracy & tone consistency

5. Local SEO (Very Important)

• Optimize Google Business Profiles for all 3 brands
• Increase local SEO visibility in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, RAK
• Create location-based landing pages that actually rank

6. Off-Page SEO

• Build a healthy backlink system (no spam, no shortcuts)
• Coordinate guest posts, listings, PR links
• Identify local UAE backlink opportunities

7. Reporting & Analytics

• Track rankings, traffic, and conversions
• Give weekly SEO performance reports
• Recommend actions for rapid improvements

Required Skills

• 4+ years of proven SEO experience
• Strong knowledge of UAE SEO landscape
• Hands-on with SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics
• Strong understanding of WordPress + WooCommerce
• Ability to create SEO content frameworks
• Understanding of technical SEO (speed, schema, indexing)
• Good English writing/editing
• Ability to move fast and deliver results

Bonus Skills

• Experience ranking e-commerce & service websites
• Experience with multi-brand SEO structure
• Familiarity with printing, signage, POD, or e-commerce industries
• Understanding of AI-driven SEO tools and workflows
• Basic HTML knowledge
