Job Description

SEO Executive

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute successful SEO strategies (on-page & off-page).
Perform keyword research to guide content teams.
Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for higher rankings.
Conduct regular technical SEO audits and recommend improvements.
Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, guest posting, and link-building strategies.
Stay up to date with search engine algorithms and industry trends.
Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
Track, report, and analyze website analytics, conversion rates, and performance metrics.
Suggest and implement improvements for SEO-friendly site architecture, content, and UX.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Proven work experience as an SEO Executive, SEO Analyst, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of standard SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.).
Solid understanding of on-page SEO, technical SEO, and link-building techniques.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website CMS (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
Familiarity with ranking factors, algorithms, and latest SEO trends.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

Preferred Skills

Experience in content marketing and blog optimization.
Knowledge of local SEO and international SEO practices.
Understanding of paid marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is a plus.
Creative thinking and ability to generate new SEO growth strategies.
