The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling domestic and international tour packages, guiding clients through their travel plans, and ensuring a seamless booking experience. Your role is to convert travel inquiries into confirmed sales by understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions. Key Responsibilities: Respond to travel inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person visits. Promote and sell customized tour packages including pilgrimages, adventure, leisure, and group tours. Counsel clients on travel options, destinations, itineraries, and pricing. Prepare and share detailed itineraries and quotations based on client preferences. Follow up on leads, maintain customer database, and close sales. Coordinate with operations and backend teams to ensure smooth execution of tours. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, destinations, permits, and visa requirements. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Key Requirements: Graduate in any discipline (degree in Travel & Tourism preferred). 1–3 years of experience in travel sales or customer service (preferred). Strong communication and persuasive skills in Hindi and English. Good knowledge of Indian destinations like Uttarakhand, Himachal, Kashmir, Northeast, etc. Familiarity with travel CRM tools, MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and email etiquette.
