Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

* Identify potential clients, corporate accounts, travel groups, and partnership opportunities.

* Generate leads through networking, field visits, cold calling, online channels, and travel industry events.

* Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through effective communication and negotiation.

2. Partnership & Vendor Development

* Build strong relationships with hotels, transport providers, travel guides, tourism boards, and helicopter/charter companies.

* Negotiate prices, commissions, and exclusive deals to increase profit margins.

* Maintain and update vendor databases for smooth operations.

3. Sales & Revenue Growth

* Develop sales strategies to meet monthly and annual revenue targets.

* Promote existing tour packages and assist in creating new, high-demand travel products.

* Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences to optimize offerings.

4. Customer Relationship Management

* Engage with customers throughout the pre-booking, booking, and post-booking stages.

* Resolve issues, provide clear information, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

* Maintain long-term relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.

5. Marketing Coordination

* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns, promotions, and digital strategies.

* Contribute ideas for social media content, brochures, and travel advertisements.

* Represent the company at travel fairs, expos, and industry networking events.

6. Operational Coordination

* Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of confirmed tours.

* Share client requirements, customize itineraries, and verify final travel arrangements.

* Ensure quality service delivery and maintain brand standards.

7. Reporting & Strategy Development

* Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, performance analyses, and revenue forecasts.

* Suggest improvements in products, pricing, and customer service based on market insights.

* Assist management in shaping long-term growth strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
