Travel Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to travel inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person visits.
• Promote and sell customized tour packages including pilgrimages, adventure, leisure, and group tours.
• Counsel clients on travel options, destinations, itineraries, and pricing.
• Prepare and share detailed itineraries and quotations based on client preferences.
• Follow up on leads, maintain customer database, and close sales.
• Coordinate with operations and backend teams to ensure smooth execution of tours.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, destinations, permits, and visa requirements.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  

Key Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (degree in Travel & Tourism preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in travel sales or customer service (preferred).
• Strong communication and persuasive skills in Hindi and English.
• Good knowledge of Indian destinations like Uttarakhand, Himachal, Kashmir, Northeast, etc.
• Familiarity with travel CRM tools, MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and email etiquette.
• Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and work in a target-driven environment.
