Job Summary We’re looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented SEO Executive with 2–4 years of experience to join our performance marketing team immediately . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO strategy, tools, and execution that drives measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-impact opportunities Implement on-page SEO best practices: meta tags, schema markup, URL structure, internal linking, etc. Drive off-page SEO strategies: link building, guest posting, directory submissions, outreach Regularly monitor keyword rankings, site traffic, and technical SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs , etc. Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to optimize web content and landing pages Generate monthly performance reports and insights to guide future strategy Stay current with algorithm updates and SEO trends to maintain top search rankings Requirements 2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience in an agency or in-house role Strong understanding of technical SEO, site audits, and analytics Proficiency in tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, and GSC Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms (especially WordPress) Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills Immediate joiners will be given preference Preferred Qualifications Google or HubSpot SEO/Digital Marketing certifications Experience with local SEO, eCommerce SEO, or B2B SEO strategies Understanding of content strategy, UX, and CRO Why Join Ocelots?
