Job Title: Ads Sales Team Leader
Location: Hyderabad
Shift: Night Shift : 6:30 PM To 3:30 AM
Work Environment: Work from Office (5 days a week, Weekends Off
Role & Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate a digital ad sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline management to deal closure.
Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and use insights to improve overall sales strategy.
Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Maintain sales performance dashboards and reports using CRM tools (Salesforce / HubSpot / Zoho).
Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies for business growth.
Ensure process compliance, quality control, and adherence to platform advertising policies.
Recruit, train, and mentor new sales team members to enhance productivity and retention.
Participate in weekly performance reviews and quarterly business planning sessions.
Drive efficiency in workflows, campaign execution, and communication across internal teams.
Preferred Candidate Profile
3 to 5 years of experience in Digital Advertising, Ad Sales, or Sales Operations leadership.
Proven experience managing a sales or performance marketing team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of PPC, SEM, Display, and Social Media Advertising platforms.
Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Hands-on experience in data analytics, campaign optimization, and client relationship management.
Familiarity with AI tools and sales automation technologies is an added advantage.
Strong sense of ownership, team collaboration, and target orientation.
