Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing and overseeing the delivery of solutions using QNXt SQL and Facets technologies to ensure efficient operations in claims and benefits processing. Your role will involve implementing strategies to optimize claims processing workflows, analyzing complex data sets using SQL, and developing documentation for system processes and configurations. Additionally, you will coordinate with stakeholders, monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, conduct training sessions, and drive initiatives that positively impact healthcare delivery systems. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the delivery of solutions using QNXt SQL and Facets technologies - Implement strategies to optimize claims processing workflows - Analyze and interpret complex data sets using SQL - Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and configurations - Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues - Facilitate training sessions for team members - Conduct regular audits of system processes - Provide insights and recommendations for system enhancements - Support the integration of new technologies and methodologies - Drive initiatives that contribute to improving healthcare delivery systems Qualifications: - Possess strong expertise in QNXt SQL and Facets Claims and Benefits - Demonstrate excellent analytical skills - Exhibit strong communication skills - Show proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues - Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and industry trends - Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field with certifications in healthcare IT systems being a plus (Note: The JD does not contain any additional details about the company.),
