As an experienced professional in QNXt SQL and Facets Claims and Benefits technologies, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the delivery of solutions to ensure efficient operations in claims and benefits processing. Your responsibilities will include implementing strategies to optimize claims processing workflows, analyzing complex data sets using SQL for decision-making, and developing documentation for system processes to ensure operational clarity. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the delivery of solutions using QNXt SQL and Facets technologies. - Implement strategies to optimize claims processing workflows and improve accuracy. - Analyze and interpret complex data sets using SQL to support decision-making processes. - Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and configurations. - Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and minimize disruptions. - Facilitate training sessions for team members on Facets Claims and Benefits functionalities. - Conduct regular audits of system processes to ensure compliance with industry standards. - Provide insights and recommendations for system enhancements based on emerging trends. - Support the integration of new technologies and methodologies to improve system efficiency. - Drive initiatives that positively impact healthcare delivery systems. Qualifications: - Strong expertise in QNXt SQL and Facets Claims and Benefits technologies. - Excellent analytical skills for interpreting data and providing actionable insights. - Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders. - Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain system performance. - Proactive approach to learning new technologies and industry trends. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with certifications in healthcare IT systems being a plus.
