We are looking for a meticulous and enthusiastic QA Automation Engineer to strengthen our quality assurance team. You will take ownership of features, design robust automation tests, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software. You will work closely with developers and product managers in a fast-paced, agile environment to understand requirements, improve testing processes, and champion quality across the product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for web applications using Selenium and for REST APIs.
• Design and contribute to the existing automation test framework to enhance its efficiency and coverage.
• Estimate QA efforts, plan testing activities, and own the quality of assigned features.
• Analyze test results, create detailed bug reports, and perform root cause analysis and bug isolation.
• Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins and manage code versions with GIT.
• Participate in all Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with development and product teams to ensure clear communication and high-quality releases.

Required Qualifications (Must-Haves):

• 3+ years of experience in QA automation.
• Proven hands-on experience in creating Selenium-based automation frameworks.
• Strong experience in building and maintaining REST API automation frameworks.
• Proficiency in API and automation testing using

  Java

• Hands-on experience with source control tools, specifically

  GIT

• Practical experience with CI/CD tools, specifically

  Jenkins

• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
• Knowledge of performance/load testing tools.
• Experience in a product-based company.
