Job Title: Golang & JavaScript Developers (Tech Lead, Senior & Junior Roles) Location: Hybrid (Pan India) | Preference: Chennai/Bangalore candidates Experience: 2–8+ years Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking skilled offshore developers with expertise in Golang (Go) and JavaScript to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in backend development, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and modern web technologies . You’ll work on infrastructure-specific applications , ensuring scalability, performance, and robust architecture. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Golang . Collaborate on frontend components (JavaScript/React) as needed. (Nice-to-have) Work with GraphQL/SQL for efficient data querying and management. Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) . Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code with best practices. Mentor junior developers and lead technical discussions (for Tech Lead ). Technical Requirements Must-Have Skills Golang (5–8+ years for seniors, <2 years for junior) JavaScript (React is a nice-to-have ) Database: GraphQL, SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) Cloud Platforms: AWS/Azure (infrastructure knowledge required) Nice-to-Have Skills Microservices architecture Docker/Kubernetes CI/CD pipelines RESTful API design Open Positions 1️⃣ Tech Lead – Golang (8+ years) Lead architecture decisions, code reviews, and team mentorship. 2️⃣ Senior Developer – Golang (5–8 years) Build scalable backend systems and optimize performance. 3️⃣ Senior Developer – JavaScript/React (5–8 years) Develop responsive UIs and integrate with Golang services. 4️⃣ Junior Developer – Golang (<2 years) Assist in development, debugging, and testing under guidance.
