Job Title: Workday Integration Lead (6+ Years Experience)Location – Gurugram, Haryana (Hybrid) Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Lead to design, develop, and manage enterprise-level integrations across HR, Finance, and third-party systems. You will lead integration projects using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and REST/SOAP APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and compliance with security standards. Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end Workday integration development and deployment.Design and implement integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Web Services.Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and vendors to optimize integrations.Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues efficiently.Mentor junior developers and document integration best practices. Must-Have Requirements:✅ 6+ years of hands-on Workday Integration experience.✅ Expertise in Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and REST/SOAP APIs.✅ Strong knowledge of XSLT, XML, JSON, and Workday Security.✅ Workday Integration certification (preferred).✅ Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. Nice-to-Have Skills:Middleware experience (MuleSoft, Boomi, SnapLogic).Knowledge of HCM, Payroll, or Finance modules.Scripting skills (Python, Java, JavaScript).
