Role: Senior Backend DeveloperWe are looking for a Senior Backend Developer who can architect, build, and scale the backbone of high-impact digital experiences. Own end-to-end delivery and operational health for assigned services.Deliver measurable outcomes: meet availability targets (99.9%+), improve API latency and error rates, and track feature adoption with defined KPIs.Write efficient, secure, and reusable code following best practices; ensure all changes meet performance and security requirements before deployment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features on predictable release cycles (e.g., 2–4 significant increments per quarter).Optimize performance, latency, and reliability through profiling, capacity planning, and proactive improvements.Conduct code reviews and mentor 2–4 junior or mid-level developers while maintaining high engineering and documentation standards.Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows to support safe, repeatable releases and fast rollbacks.Set up and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems; participate in on-call rotations and work to reduce MTTR for incidents.
Requirements
4+ years of hands-on backend development experience.Strong proficiency in Node.js, Python, or Go (Node.js preferred).Experience building RESTful APIs and working with GraphQL.Strong Understanding Of Databases
