Job Description: As a Software Development Engineer 2 (SDE-2) at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain software features and solutions to address customer needs effectively. - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards and best practices. - Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineers to understand requirements and propose technical solutions. - Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the delivery of high-quality software. - Review and contribute to the design and architecture of complex systems. - Participate in Agile processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. - Mentor and guide junior engineers, offering technical feedback and support for their career growth. - Continuously suggest improvements and optimize code to enhance software quality. - Stay updated with the latest technology trends and incorporate relevant practices into your daily work. Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 2+ years of professional software development experience. - Strong proficiency in Python. - Experience with Django, Flask, GraphQL, and related libraries. - Excellent understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns. - Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases. - Solid knowledge of object-oriented design and software engineering principles. - Ability to work effectively in an Agile development environment with cross-functional teams. - Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred Skills: - Experience with microservices architecture and building scalable applications. - Familiarity with front-end technologies like React. - Experience with AWS. - Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.,
