What you’ll do:

Agile Facilitation

  • Serve as Scrum Master for one or more cross-functional Agile teams.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
  • Ensure team adherence to Agile best practices and frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).

Team Enablement & Performance

  • Coach team members on Agile values, principles, and practices.
  • Identify and eliminate team impediments, and escalate blockers when necessary
  • Foster a self-organizing, high-performing team environment.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain well-groomed, prioritized product backlogs.
  • Shield the team from external interruptions and distractions.
  • Communicate effectively with engineering leads, QA, design, and product managers to ensure alignment.

Metrics & Continuous Improvement

  • Track and report on Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown, throughput).
  • Lead retrospectives with actionable outcomes to improve team efficiency and morale.
  • Promote an Agile culture and lead transformation initiatives if required.


Our ideal candidate:

  • 6–8 years of total experience with at least 3 years in a Product Owner or equivalent role.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development lifecycles.
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics platforms.
  • Exceptional ability to break down complex ideas into clear, prioritized product stories.
  • Background in SaaS, platform development, or enterprise tech products.
  • Exposure to multi-tenant architecture, user access control, and usage analytics.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Detail-oriented yet able to see the big picture.
  • Passion for building products that solve real problems for real users.
  • Immediate joiners preferred
