Scrum Master

Role Overview: Chubb is seeking an Agile Scrum Master to join their team in Hyderabad for a full-time hybrid position. As an Agile Scrum Master, you will be responsible for leading daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective and productive Scrum events. You will mentor and coach team members on Agile values and principles, work closely with Product Owners/Project Managers to manage the product backlog, and identify and resolve impediments hindering the team's progress. Additionally, you will drive the team towards continuous improvement, monitor team progress using Agile metrics, and facilitate cross-functional communication between business, development, and QA teams. Key Responsibilities: - Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effectiveness. - Mentor and coach team members on Agile values, principles, and practices. - Work closely with Product Owners/Project Managers to manage the product backlog. - Identify and resolve impediments hindering the team's progress and foster a supportive environment. - Monitor and report on team progress using relevant Agile metrics and communicate updates to stakeholders. - Drive the team towards continuous improvement and conduct training sessions on Scrum and Agile methodologies. - Collaborate with stakeholders outside the team to align on delivery expectations and track project progress using Agile tools. - Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and impediments affecting project execution. - Facilitate cross-functional communication between business, development, and QA teams. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master. - Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies. Preferred Skills and Qualifications: - Certification in Agile methodologies, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM). - SAFe certification and Kanban certification are a plus. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools, such as Jira, ADO etc.,
