Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation of Scrum frameworks and practices within the organization
• Lead daily Scrum meetings and coordinate sprint planning, review, and retrospective sessions
• Act as a coach and mentor to team members, helping them to understand and adopt Scrum values and principles
• Assist the development team in identifying and removing blockers and impediments to progress
• Work with the product owner/product manager to ensure that the product backlog is properly maintained and prioritized
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the development process and increase efficiency, ensuring team members are motivated
• Production release planning
• Generate Agile metrics and other project reporting and share with project stakeholders

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree honors 2.1 or above in a Math, Science or Engineering subject.
• 3+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master on software development projects
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
• Familiarity with complete software development lifecycle
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams
• Experience of facilitating workshops and discussions.
• Must have a lead by example attitude and handson approach.
• Ability to selfmanage, supporting multiple concurrent projects and work in a dynamic environment
• Able to balance conflicting strategies, priorities and personalities and demonstrate analytical, problemsolving and troubleshooting skills
• Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
• Experience working with agile tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA etc
• Considerable experience in a IDAM environment is a good to have
