What success looks like
6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or delivery lead in a tech environment.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum and hybrid approaches (Agile/Lean/XP).
Experience working with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, UX, QA).
Expertise in JIRA and Confluence; experience managing workflows, boards, reports.
Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable navigating time zone differences and working asynchronously.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or equivalent certification preferred.
