Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum principles, practices, and frameworks. Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II, or equivalent) is highly preferred. Experience working with distributed/global teams. Proficiency with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira). Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
