About the Role

Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate

  daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews

  for multiple product squads.
• Coach the team on

  Agile/Scrum principles

  , drive continuous improvement, and remove delivery blockers.
• Work closely with

  Product Managers, Tech Leads, Designers, and QA

  to ensure timely delivery of sprint commitments.
• Manage

  Sprint Metrics

  : velocity, burndown, spillovers, and ensure sprint hygiene in JIRA.
• Coordinate across teams for

  cross-module dependencies

  in Retail, Corporate, Assisted, and Onboarding journeys.
• Ensure

  strong backlog grooming

  , story point estimation, and sprint discipline.
• Report sprint progress, risks, and blockers to Product Head and Engineering leads.
• Facilitate delivery alignment across regions (APAC, ME, EU, NA) and track milestone adherence.
• Support

  UAT, Go-Live, and post-release retrospectives

  .

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in

  Agile project management

  , including 2+ years as a Scrum Master.
• Hands-on experience managing cross-functional teams using

  JIRA/Confluence

  .
• Familiarity with

  Agile delivery lifecycle

  from story grooming to UAT.
• Strong understanding of SDLC in

  SaaS or platform-based delivery

  .
• Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage

  remote teams across time zones

  .
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
• Experience in

  fintech or digital banking projects

  is a strong plus.
