Scrum Master

The role requires you to facilitate multiple scrum teams in close collaboration with the Product Manager and Delivery Manager to ensure the timely delivery of products/solutions within budget constraints. Your key responsibilities include establishing the scrum process in alignment with the Agile methodology, identifying and eliminating impediments for the scrum team, fostering team creativity and efficiency, and assessing and enhancing the Scrum Maturity of both the team and the organization. You will be expected to support and educate the Product Owner on backlog refinement and maintenance, organize and facilitate various scrum ceremonies, track progress using metrics, provide necessary support to the team, and lead by example. Encouraging the adoption of Agile Engineering Practices, such as one-click releases and continuous delivery, and promoting continuous process improvement are also crucial aspects of this role. To be successful in this position, you must be a Certified Scrum Master with 5-10 years of experience, possess a solid understanding of agile methodologies, techniques, and frameworks like Scrum and Kanban, and have experience in managing multiple scrum teams. Your ability to schedule and facilitate scrum events, mentor and guide teams in agile practices, monitor progress, and ensure the effective use of collaborative processes will be essential. Strong communication and presentation skills, proficiency in tools like JIRA and Confluence, and familiarity with software development cycles are highly desirable.
