GSPANN is hiring a Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery across complex Salesforce B2B and digital commerce programs. The role focuses on sprint execution, stakeholder coordination, and driving predictable delivery across cross-functional teams.Role and Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile sprint ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint retrospectives, and sprint demos.
• Analyze business requirements, support story-point estimation with the team, and plan Program Increments (PI) and sprint cycles.
• Track, analyze, and publish sprint-level delivery metrics and progress reports.
• Work closely with the Technical Program Manager and Technical Lead to resolve requirement clarifications across design, development, and testing cycles.
• Schedule and manage meetings for transition activities, backlog grooming, and sprint demos during steady-state operations.
• Support implementation and enhancement initiatives across an integrated application ecosystem, including Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) B2B, Salsify Product Information Management (PIM), Umbraco Content Management System (CMS), Tenovos Digital Asset Management (DAM), SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Azure Integration Services, and Next.jsbased user interfaces.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), third-party support teams, and GSPANN teams to manage risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers not resolved by the Technical Lead.
• Monitor day-to-day sprint execution and ensure alignment with delivery commitments.
• Organize code reviews and application demos, collect stakeholder feedback, and incorporate improvements into upcoming sprints.
  

Skills And Experience

• 10+ years of experience delivering Agile programs across Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Azure Integration Services, Umbraco CMS, Salsify PIM, Tenovos DAM, payment services, and tax services.
• Comfortable leading teams of 15-30 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) resources across enhancements and support, including Scrum of Scrums or POD-based delivery models.
• Strong delivery management skills to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and timelines are met with high quality.
• Mandatory hands-on experience using GitHub, with strong knowledge of Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices.
• Experience with continuous integration, unit testing, static code analysis, and automated integration testing; continuous delivery experience is preferred.
• Solid understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience engaging with client stakeholders to gather requirements, resolve open decisions, and manage project-level risks and issues.
• Strong articulation, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
