Scrum Master

NTT DATA is looking for a skilled and experienced Scrum Master to join their team in Delhi, India. As a Scrum Master, your responsibilities will include managing sprint reviews, scrum ceremonies, and backlog to meet project requirements. You will also mentor the team and project partners in agile standard methodologies, manage agile toolsets, project support, and priority gathering. Utilizing data to measure and track performance results and monitoring progress across the project lifecycle will be a key aspect of your role. Driving overall coordination with stakeholders and the team is essential for successful project delivery. The ideal candidate should have 8 years of experience as a Tech Lead/Scrum Master, with at least 5 years of experience in Agile project management. It is required to have Salesforce experience and hold at least 2 of the following current certifications: PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, ICAgile Certified Coach, Certified Scrum Professional, or SAFe Agilist.
