Responsible for overseeing the successful and timely delivery of product development activities, you will lead and coach delivery teams to ensure high quality outcomes. Your solid grasp of scrum and other agile frameworks will enable you to deliver substantial business value and drive the evolution of practices. Core Responsibilities: - Coordinate standard meetings such as backlog preparation, iteration planning, retrospectives, iteration reviews, and daily stand-ups. - Collaborate with relevant business entities to eliminate obstacles hindering team productivity and negotiate working agreements. - Contribute to the agile community within and outside Comcast to enhance your effectiveness in the role and share insights for improving team performance. - Support the product owner in articulating, prioritizing, and detailing work requests effectively. - Identify and address blocked or stalled stories, guiding the team in issue resolution. - Conduct training sessions for new team members on agile processes. - Ensure consistent utilization of the scrum framework in alignment with corporate standards. - Drive continuous process improvement through feedback loops, coaching, retrospectives, and individual development. - Exercise independent judgment in significant matters and maintain regular attendance, including availability for nights and weekends, flexible schedules, and overtime as required.
