Job Description

Empower India is looking for Scrum Master to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and continuous improvement.
Remove impediments or guide the team to do so by working closely with product owners, development teams, and other stakeholders.
Coach team members on agile principles, practices, and techniques to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, developing solutions that meet business needs.
Ensure effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients through active listening, conflict resolution, and negotiation.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Safe Agilist practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with distributed teams, including remote workers and international collaborators.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and sense of urgency.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello is desirable.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
