This position requires meticulous attention to detail, a thorough understanding of accounting principles, and a knack for strategic financial analysis and decision-making. The ideal candidate will have the capability and ambition to transition into a broader leadership role, managing the entire finance function in course of time. Role & responsibilities Finance Management Actively drive the development of internal controls, policies, and governance frameworks. Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior company leadership Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
