 Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in Scrum management to lead stakeholder engagement benefits realization and project planning activities

  Job Description 

  Lead stakeholder management efforts to ensure alignment and effective communication across all project phases Manage benefits realization to ensure project outcomes deliver expected business value Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules to guide project execution Oversee schedule management to ensure timely delivery of project milestones Identify assess and manage risks and crises to minimize impact on project objectives Collaborate with crossfunctional teams within the Scrum management framework to drive project success Utilize expertise in Scrum methodologies to enhance project delivery and team performance Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to facilitate smooth project execution

Roles and Responsibilities 

    Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to gather requirements and address concerns Define and monitor key benefits and metrics to track project success and value realization Create detailed project schedules and adjust plans proactively to address changes or delays Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to manage potential threats Coordinate with Scrum Masters and Agile teams to prioritize backlog and ensure alignment with business goals Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders to foster transparency Report project status risks and issues to senior management and recommend corrective actions Mentor and guide junior team members in project management best practices and Scrum principles
