Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.Your ProfileFacilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).Ensure adherence to Agile principles and Scrum framework.Act as a servant leader and coach for the development team and Product Owner.Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions.Track and report team progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts).Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.Promote continuous improvement and drive Agile maturity within the organization.Your RoleCertified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.Experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Rally, etc.).Ability to work with distributed teams and manage multiple priorities.
