SCHOOL PRINCIPAL

Your role as an educational program director will involve developing and implementing educational programs and policies to align with the school's mission. You will lead and manage a team of educators and support staff to promote high teaching standards. Additionally, you will oversee the curriculum development process, monitor student performance, manage school finances, and foster a positive school culture that promotes safety, respect, and inclusivity. Establishing effective communication channels with stakeholders, conducting staff evaluations, and providing feedback for improvement are also key aspects of your responsibilities.
