Job Description

Job Role: Customer Service Associate - SBI Renewal (Non-Sales)

Job Type:

We are hiring Customer Service Associates for the SBI Renewal process (non-sales). The role involves handling customer queries, providing information, and assisting with renewal-related support over calls.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls related to SBI renewal processes.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently.
Maintain records of interactions and follow-up as required.
Ensure excellent customer service and adherence to process guidelines.
Work in alignment with company and client compliance policies

Required Qualifications

HSC Pass or Graduate (any stream).
Average communication skills (Hindi/English).
Basic computer knowledge.
Must be comfortable with fixed day shift and 6-day working.

Candidate Requirements

Immediate Joiners only.
Should be willing to join on the same day if selected.
Prior customer service experience is an advantage, but freshers can also apply.
