SAP Test Manager

You will play a crucial role in defining and implementing test strategy and actively contribute to implementing

end-to-end quality assurance to the S/4 HANA migration and implementations. Working in a central test

management team, you will define test strategy, test scope, plan and estimates, create test concepts,

support in test design, test case creation, test automation, test execution and reporting on test progress and quality status.

This Includes

• Work together in the central Test Management team to define enterprise level SAP test strategies,

methodologies, approach to functional and non-functional test automation.

• Work closely with Program/Project Managers in managing test scope, cost and effort estimations,

risks handling and periodically report the progress, challenges, possible solutions etc. to the senior

management.

• Plan, manage and coordinate test management activities for S4 HANA Migration Project across SAP

streams – Sales and Distribution, Finance, Purchasing, Manufacturing and Logistics, Security,

Demand Chain to a successful completion.

• Understand SAP testing related challenges and work together with Central Test Management team

to build and provide best fit solutions.

• Support central test management group in scaling up test management as a service to different

departments / group in the organization and support in in smooth function and delivery of testing

activities across multiple projects.

• Support central test management group in solutioning new aspects of testing areas like automation,

non-functional testing.

Your Profile:

• A university degree in IT, information systems or a comparable qualification.

• Strong knowledge overall software test life cycle.

• 8-12 years of experience in SAP Test Management, SAP Functional and non-functional testing.

• Good to have experience in Project Management for testing projects.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP test automation and very strong skills of SAP Test

automation framework and tools like TOSCA, UFT and SAP TAO.

• Working experience on various SAP Modules like SD, MM, WM, PP, MES, and FICO

• Good to have ISTQB certification or other equivalent certifications in field of quality assurance.

• Experience of working in co-located team with willingness to travel.

• Very Good communication skills in English.
