Job Description

We are looking for a skilled SAP Test Manager with 6 to 11 years of experience in software testing, preferably in an agile environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in test management and be proficient in using tools like MF ALM, Jira, Xray, and TFS.

Roles and Responsibility

Plan and coordinate overall testing activities.
Create and track test plans during the project.
Ensure quality of test artifacts and adherence to procedures defined in the test plan.
Implement risk management measures.
Provide status reports on test progress and results to the Lead.
Track test results and manage defects.

Job Requirements

Minimum 6 years of experience in software testing, including at least 3 years in a Software Test management role.
Experience managing a worldwide, intercultural quality assurance team.
Strong knowledge of test management principles and methodologies.
Proficiency in using tools like MF ALM, Jira, Xray, and TFS.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
