SAP Project Lead

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within set budgets and deadlines. Your role will involve overseeing all aspects of a project, which includes defining project objectives, developing project plans, managing project resources, tracking progress, and mitigating risks. Your key responsibilities will include project planning, resource management, risk management, communication and collaboration, budget management, quality control, stakeholder management, and change management. You will be required to create detailed project plans, allocate resources effectively, identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensure effective communication between project team members and stakeholders, monitor project costs, ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, engage with stakeholders, and manage changes in project scope, schedule, or resources. To excel in this role, you will need strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, knowledge of budgeting and financial management, strong organizational and time management skills, ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work under pressure. Ideally, you should have 2-3 years of professional experience as a SAP Consultant working on Implementation or Support Projects. Educational requirements typically include a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration or project management. Professional certifications like Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 can enhance your job prospects and demonstrate your proficiency in project management. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and the work location will be in person.,
