Experience : 8-10 Yrs. Work Location : Bengaluru Job Mode : Work from Office (5 days) Requirements: Good Experience in Handling SAP Support Projects. Good to have experience in SAP SD and exposure towards S4/HANA is preferred. Sound understanding of SAP Infrastructure (on-premises as well as cloud). Excellent Working Knowledge of the Service Now Platform. Strong analytical skills, experience solving practical issues and engaging teams of multiple process partners to consensus. Strong Knowledge of IT Industry standards and best practices to develop organisational capability (people, processes, technology, knowledge) and process improvement models. Hands-on experience with complex project management. Problem solving, troubleshooting & diagnosis skills for technical issues. Proficient in verbal and written English. Sound interpersonal and communication skills. Positive attitude towards others. Respectful. Honest. Co-operative. High integrity, Willingness to learn -and teach- where required. Ability to collaborate with teams of all types, across international locations. Solution-focused - proactive with a continuous improvement mindset.
