Execute production activities in the SAP Commissions UI and SQL Server, which includes running interfaces and transferring data between various data sources
Perform data analysis/audits using the SAP Commissions UI, SQL (SQL Server), and MS Excel to resolve issues with paymentsDrive process improvements to the sales compensation systemDefine and provide requirements for sales compensation system changes to developersTest enhancements/bug fixes to the sales compensation system, and validate upon implementationCommunicate system and/or reporting issues and resolution with business end usersParticipate on project teams and work independently with a diverse group of stakeholdersExperience with SAP Commissions (Callidus)Provide business expertise for functional areas assigned within sales compensation systemAbility to implement solutions as requested by business users to help manage and process sales compensation more efficientlyAbility to analyze and reconcile complex business data and systems issuesWillingness to support production activities and perform data analysis to troubleshoot commission issue.Expectations for the Current Project:• Comprehensive hands-on experience across all key components of SAP Commissions, including crediting, incentives, plans, participants• A strong understanding of the end-to-end commissions process (SPM concepts such as crediting, rollups, deposits, and payout).• Proven experience in both implementation and enhancement projects, not limited to support activities.• The ability to perform root cause analysis and provide technical solutions for commission-related issues.• Exposure to workflow configuration and Reporting.• Understanding of pipeline execution, error handling, and performance tuning in commission processing.• Strong communication and documentation skills to interact with business and QA teams effectivelyA proactive approach toward learning new modules, tools, and project-related technologies to support scalability and innovation.
