As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within set budgets and deadlines. You will oversee all aspects of the project, including defining project objectives, developing project plans, managing project resources, tracking progress, and mitigating risks. Key responsibilities of a Project Manager include: - Project planning: Creating a detailed project plan, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. - Resource management: Allocating resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to ensure project tasks are completed effectively and efficiently. - Risk management: Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project success and minimizing disruptions. - Communication and collaboration: Facilitating effective communication between project team members, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle. - Budget management: Monitoring project costs and ensuring adherence to budget constraints, making adjustments as necessary. - Quality control: Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. - Stakeholder management: Engaging with stakeholders and managing their expectations, ensuring their input is considered and incorporated into project plans. - Change management: Assessing and managing changes in project scope, schedule, or resources, ensuring minimal impact on project objectives. Skills and qualifications required for a Project Manager role typically include: - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Knowledge of budgeting and financial management. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work under pressure. In addition to the above, you should have 2-3 years of SAP Consultants experience on Implementation or Support Projects. Educational requirements for a Project Manager can vary, but a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or project management, is often preferred. Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 can enhance job prospects and demonstrate proficiency in project management. Please note that this is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and the work location is in person.,
