PolyPeptide is undergoing a transformative growth journey, expanding globally, investing in new technologies, and increasing production capacity through major site expansions and strategic projects. As part of this journey, a global SAP S/4HANA implementation is being launched in a greenfield setup to build a brand-new ERP foundation from the ground up. This presents a unique opportunity to join at the very beginning and help define the connection of systems, data, and processes across the global business for the coming years. In the role of ERP Solution Architect, you will be at the core of this transformation, shaping the digital core and enterprise architecture from day one. Your responsibilities will involve strategic and hands-on participation in designing an ERP landscape that not only supports operational excellence today but also enables future innovation across the organization. PolyPeptide Group AG and its subsidiaries are a specialized Contract Development & Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) for peptide- and oligonucleotide-based active pharmaceutical ingredients. Serving mainly pharma and biotech customers, PolyPeptide contributes to the health of millions of patients worldwide. With a global network of GMP-certified facilities across Europe, the U.S., and India, PolyPeptide is listed on SIX Swiss Exchange. In this role, you will serve as the lead architect for the SAP S/4HANA greenfield implementation and future roadmap. Your responsibilities will include validating and challenging architectural decisions, defining and maintaining SAP architecture principles, driving process harmonization, system integration, and data consistency, evaluating emerging SAP technologies, and mentoring SAP project teams. To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar field, along with 10+ years of experience in SAP ERP architecture and implementation. A proven track record with SAP S/4HANA, especially in greenfield implementations, is desired. Industry experience in CDMO/pharma or other regulated industries, broad understanding of SAP modules and integration points, knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and governance models, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and proficiency in English are also required.
