You will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Minimum 3 years of experience in US IT recruitment, with a focus on implementation clients. - Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and recruitment processes. - Proven expertise in sourcing and hiring for positions like SAP consultants, Cloud Architects, Full Stack Developers, Data Engineers, etc. - Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools. - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting. - Willingness to work in US time zones.
