As a US IT Recruiter at Scalable Systems Pvt. Ltd. in Bhubaneswar, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in US IT recruitment, specifically focusing on implementation clients. Your responsibilities will include demonstrating a strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and recruitment processes.
