Job Summary

SAP PPQM Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP PPQM implementation, customization, and support activities.
• Manage

  PP Master Data

  : Material Master, BOM, Work Centers, Routing, Change Numbers, Notifications, Approved Manufacturing Part List (AMPC).
• Work with

  CIS/CIR (Classification Info Records / System)

  and

  Engineering Change Management

  , including hands-on experience in

  C-folders (portal-related applications)

  .
• Drive

  Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)

  – both constant and flexible planning.
• Manage

  Long-Term Planning (LTP), Demand Management, MRP, and Capacity Planning

  .
• Provide expertise in

  Batch Management, Serialization, and Supply Chain Production Cycle (PP-PI processes)

  .
• Oversee

  QM Master Data Management

  including execution, serialized manufacturing, MRP integration, and batch management.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation:
• Functional Specifications (FS) for enhancements/developments/custom reports
• WRICEF objects
• Design Documents, Business Process Procedures, Workshop Materials, Blueprints, Test Documentation

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of hands-on SAP PPQM experience

  with strong functional expertise.
• Proven knowledge in

  SAP Production Planning (PP)

  customization (Master Data, Planning Strategies, MRP, Shop Floor Management).
• Strong exposure to

  SAP QM

  processes integrated with PP.
• Experience in

  Batch Management, Serial Number Management

  , and related supply chain processes.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills for workshops, FS, blueprints, and test cases.
• Ability to work closely with stakeholders, conduct requirement gathering, and deliver end-to-end SAP PPQM solutions.
