Position: Officer – Supply Chain

Location: Guntur

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Supply Chain Officer to manage the end-to-end supply chain operations for organic spices. The candidate will oversee the complete lifecycle of commodities — from raw material procurement to final delivery to customers — ensuring timely movement, quality compliance, and efficient stock management.

This role requires excellent coordination, analytical skills, and attention to detail to maintain smooth operations across procurement, processing, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor the end-to-end supply chain process for organic spices, including:
  • Raw material procurement
  • Cleaning and steaming
  • Value addition
  • Quality testing
  • Logistics and delivery
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect updates on stage-wise progress of commodities.
  • Connect samples to laboratories for quality testing and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Plan and schedule monthly and quarterly shipments in line with production and customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and stock records at warehouses.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards on material movement, stock levels, and shipment schedules.
  • Identify and address bottlenecks in the supply chain to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with logistics partners to optimize cost, quality, and timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Agriculture, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in FMCG or food/agriculture industries.
  • Strong understanding of procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and basic reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience handling organic products or agricultural commodities.
  • Familiarity with quality control processes and compliance standards in FMCG or food industry.
  • Knowledge of inventory optimization and forecasting techniques.
