This role is responsible for implementing and supporting SAP Plant Maintenance solutions that optimize asset management, maintenance planning, and operational efficiency. It also contributes to organizational knowledge through documentation, training, and collaboration with global teams.

Role And Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements related to maintenance and asset management.
Configure SAP PM modules including equipment, functional locations, maintenance plans, orders, notifications, and work centers.
Integrate PM with other modules like MM, PP, and FI.
Support data migration, testing, and user training.
Develop functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
Collaborate with technical teams for ABAP developments and SmartForms.
Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement.
Document business processes and configuration settings.

Education And Experience

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Engineering or Technology

Specialization:

The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong proficiency in the following areas:

Hands-on experience in at least 1 full-cycle SAP PM implementations and global support
Exposure to SAP S/4HANA and Fiori apps for maintenance management.
Experience in integrating PM with IoT or predictive maintenance tools is a plus
Experience working on SAP QM is an added advantage

Experience :

At least 5 years of experience in SAP PM implmentation, support working in a multicultural environment

Skills

SAP PM configuration and customization
Integration with SAP modules (MM, PP, FI)
Basic ABAP debugging and functional specification writing
Understanding of SmartForms and Adobe Forms for maintenance documentation
SAP QM configuration and customization (optional)
