We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MES/EBR Subject Matter Expert to join our SAP Solutions team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in
Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
and
Electronic Batch Records (EBR)
, with hands-on experience in
SAP ME/MII
or
POMSNet
. This role will play a critical part in driving digital transformation initiatives across our manufacturing and quality operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end MES/EBR solution design, implementation, and lifecycle support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, and IT, to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards in EBR implementations.
- Provide subject matter expertise during system upgrades, migrations, and audits.
- Support integration with SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise systems in designing data-driven frameworks to enhance demand forecasting, production planning, inventory optimization, and logistics efficiency.
- Mentor internal teams and contribute to the development of best practices and standards.
This is a hybrid position based at our Little Falls site in Wilmington, DE, requiring on-site presence Tuesdays through Thursdays, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.The secondary locations are in Waldbronn Germany and India-Manesar Campus, which will also follow the same hybrid schedule.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, or related field.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in MES/EBR systems, with at least 4 years in SAP ME/MII or POMSNet.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes in regulated industries (pharma, life sciences, etc.).
- Proven experience with electronic batch records, recipe management, and shop floor integration.
- Deep knowledge of system validation, electronic signatures, and audit trails.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Working knowledge of SAP PP/MM modules and their integration with MES.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration.
- Familiarity with ISA-95 architecture and manufacturing data models.
- Knowledge of cloud-based MES solutions.
- Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or Quality Management are a plus.

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
