Application Lead – SAP MM (Inventory Management)

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a leadership position, demonstrates deep expertise in SAP MM Inventory Management, and can drive application performance improvements and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design, build, and configuration of applications in the SAP MM Inventory Management domain.
• Act as the

  Subject Matter Expert (SME)

  for SAP MM processes, independently managing tasks and making informed decisions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze functional requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
• Engage in problem-solving discussions and provide strategic input for work-related challenges.
• Ensure effective

  communication between technical teams and business users

  , aligning project outcomes with business expectations.
• Stay current with industry trends and SAP best practices to continuously improve system efficiency and user experience.

• Mentor junior team members

  , offering guidance, support, and training to help them grow professionally.
• Participate actively in team discussions, contributing to a collaborative and knowledge-sharing work environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in

  SAP MM – Inventory Management

  with hands-on experience in configuration and support.
• Deep understanding of

  inventory management processes

  and industry best practices.
• Experience with SAP MM module integration with related SAP modules such as

  SD, PP, and WM

  .
• Ability to analyze business needs, optimize inventory levels, and improve operational efficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to

  SAP S/4HANA

  and knowledge of

  Fiori apps

  .
• Basic ABAP debugging skills.
• Experience in

  Agile/Scrum methodologies

  .
