Job Title: PySpark Developer Location: Hyderabad Job Type: Contract Experience Level: 8+ years Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced PySpark Developer to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in big data technologies and distributed computing, with deep expertise in building scalable and efficient data pipelines. This role requires hands-on experience with PySpark and related tools, along with a solid understanding of Python programming and big data processing frameworks. Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop scalable data pipelines using PySpark for processing large datasets. • Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver efficient solutions. • Optimize Spark jobs for performance and scalability in a distributed computing environment. • Ensure data quality and reliability across all stages of the pipeline. • Maintain technical documentation and follow best practices in code development and version control. Must Have Skills: • Proficiency in PySpark with a deep understanding of distributed computing principles. • Strong experience in building and optimizing data pipelines using big data tools. • Expertise in Python programming. • Hands-on experience with Hadoop and Apache Spark ecosystems. • Solid problem-solving and analytical skills. Good To Have Skills: • Experience with real-time data streaming tools like Apache Kafka. • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. • Understanding of data lake architectures and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. • Minimum of 7.5 years of hands-on experience in PySpark development and big data technologies.
