Job Title: Application Lead – SAP Global Trade Services Location: Pune, Maharashtra Experience: Minimum 5 years in SAP Global Trade Services Education: 15 years of full-time education required Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Application Lead with deep expertise in SAP Global Trade Services (SAP GTS) to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will lead the application design, development, and configuration activities while serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Roles & Responsibilities: Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP GTS. Lead and manage a team of developers and consultants through the end-to-end application development lifecycle. Be responsible for key decisions impacting the development team and the wider project scope. Collaborate with multiple internal and external teams to drive project success. Provide innovative and effective solutions to complex business and technical problems. Ensure seamless communication and coordination among team members and stakeholders. Maintain adherence to SAP best practices and company standards. Participate in and contribute to planning, design reviews, and architecture discussions. Professional & Technical Skills: Must-Have Skills: Strong proficiency in SAP Global Trade Services (SAP GTS) . Solid understanding of SAP module integration (SD, MM, FI, etc.). Proven experience in SAP implementation projects and full lifecycle deployments. Expertise in SAP configuration and customization aligned with business requirements. In-depth knowledge of SAP best practices and standards. Additional Information: This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad . The candidate must have completed a minimum of 15 years of full-time education . Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
