About the Role

Senior SAP MM Consultant

Pharma industry

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP MM solution design, configuration, and deployment.
• Conduct requirement-gathering workshops with business stakeholders.
• Deliver at least two S/4 HANA Public Cloud implementations as a core MM Consultant.
• Configure Procurement processes including Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Vendor Management, and Source-to-Pay workflows.
• Implement and optimize Inventory Management processes.
• Work closely with FI teams for MM–FI integration, including GR/IR, account determination, and invoice verification.
• Set up and manage Flexible Workflows for procurement and approval processes.
• Prepare functional specifications and work with technical teams for developments and enhancements.
• Conduct testing (SIT, UAT), training, and documentation.
• Provide post-go-live hypercare support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Experience working in Pharma domain is a plus, especially understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
  

Must-Have Skills

• 8–10 years of SAP MM experience.
• Two end-to-end S/4 HANA Public Cloud implementations as an MM consultant.
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
• Procurement
• Inventory Management
• FI Integration
• Flexible Workflows
• Ability to perform solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Strong understanding of MM master data, purchasing cycles, and inventory processes.
• Excellent client-facing communication and documentation skills.
  

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience in Pharma Industry (highly preferred).
• Exposure to GxP processes and compliance requirements.
• Experience with integration to Ariba/SuccessFactors (if applicable).
• Knowledge of cross-module processes (SD, PP, QM etc.).
  

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
