SAP Functional Manager

This is a key leadership role supporting project-based costing, procurement workflows, and financial control for large-scale real-estate and construction projects.

Salary Offered for this role - 40 Lacs

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP operations ensuring reliability, governance, and functional excellence across FI/CO, MM, and PS.
• Support and optimize project budgeting, WBS cost tracking, procurement cycles, and capitalization processes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Project teams to align SAP with core business operations.
• Drive automation, process improvement, and reporting accuracy through SAP enhancements.
• Manage internal functional analysts and AMS vendors, ensuring SLA adherence and timely issue resolution.
• Support digital transformation initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA readiness and integration with BI dashboards.

Qualifications

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Engineering, IT, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of SAP functional experience, with 5+ years in a managerial role.
• Strong expertise in:
• FI/CO: Cost accounting, internal orders, profitability analysis.
• MM: Procurement lifecycle, vendor management, GR/IR reconciliation.
• PS: Project structuring, budgeting, settlement, and integration with finance.
• Experience in real estate / infrastructure preferred.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, and reporting tools desirable.
