This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading projects, mentoring a team, and driving positive change for clients. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Lead Client Relationships:** You will act as the trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique business needs and providing expert guidance on SAP FICO solutions. - **Manage Projects:** Lead end-to-end SAP FICO projects, ensuring they stay on track, are completed on time, and meet high standards. - **Design and Configure:** Oversee the design and configuration of SAP FICO solutions to streamline financial management processes using best practices. - **Mentor and Guide Your Team:** Lead a team of SAP consultants, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment for growth and success. - **Collaborate with Stakeholders:** Build strong relationships with internal teams and external clients to ensure project alignment with broader business objectives. - **Drive Continuous Improvement:** Identify opportunities to enhance financial management processes within SAP FICO. - **Stay Ahead of the Curve:** Keep updated with the latest trends in SAP FICO and bring new ideas and innovations. **Qualifications Required:** - **Experience:** 7-10 years of hands-on experience with SAP FICO, including leading complex projects and delivering valuable solutions. - **Leadership Skills:** Proven ability to lead teams and projects effectively, ensuring high-quality work and successful outcomes. - **Industry Knowledge:** Strong understanding of financial management and accounting processes, ideally across multiple industries. - **Project Management Experience:** Comfortable managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously, with organizational skills. Project management certifications like PMP would be beneficial. - **Communication:** Strong communication skills to work with clients and guide the team through complex issues. **Education:** - Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Business, or related field. - SAP FICO certification would be an added bonus. In addition, experience with SAP S/4HANA or other advanced SAP technologies, knowledge of additional SAP modules, expertise in financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting processes, familiarity with Agile project management methodologies, and multi-lingual capabilities would set you apart.
