Role Description
Provide software support for Arthrex HR Global systems and deliver high quality, efficient solutions to Arthrex HR users in EMEA and globally –
primarily on SAP ECC HCM and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Obtain a deep understanding of relevant HR business domain and processes to be able to recommend solutions and build high-quality requirements.
- Benchmark current and future processes against industry best practices.
- Expected to gain and demonstrate knowledge of assigned Arthrex software application(s).
- Participate in Application Analysis, Configuration, Testing, Management, and Maintenance in an Enterprise environment.
- Provide Application End User support.
- Shape business requirements by making recommendations and suggesting alternatives to proposed solutions. Communicate tradeoffs to business partners
and work with them to shape requirements accordingly.
- Follow established methodology for the identification and documentation of business requirements or use cases with acceptance criteria.
- Plan, create, and execute manual test cases.
- Support user acceptance testing and user training activities.
- Respond, resolve, or escalate reported incidents.
- Create artifacts as appropriate, including business case documentation, scope documentation, detailed functional requirements, operational requirements,
process flows, and manual and automated test cases.
- Create and maintain application operational and instructional documentation, as necessary.
- Understand technical options, limitations, costs, and risks.
- Help resolve competing priorities between stakeholder groups by facilitating stakeholder discussions and escalate issues where appropriate.
- Lead and/or participate in delivery of projects.
- Adhere to the Quality System Procedures and Change Control.
- Under management direction, may participate as SME for audits.
- Complete all QA Non-Conformance and Corrective Actions in a timely manner.
Skill Requirements
Primary Skills (Must have skills):
- Knowledge and understanding of Human Resources business processes
- Experience in supporting and configuring a hybrid HRIS environment consisting of SAP ECC HCM and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central with data
replication from EC to ECC HCM.
- Experience in directly gathering and documenting requirements from end users in HR, discussing their requests and issues, explaining how the system
works, training users, running reports for users, and working with 3rd party vendors on interfaces.
- Experience in updating and maintaining SAP Workbooks and following HR IT change management practices for bug fixes, enhancements, service packs.
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures of cloud technology, including Software as a Service (SaaS).
- Proficiency in MS office tools.
- Interpersonal skills required to interact with staff, colleagues, management, and internal/external customers.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
Secondary Skills (Good To Have)
- Experience with SAP ECC HCM payroll and time management modules
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors talent management modules such as Performance Management & Goals Management and Compensation
Management
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors role-based permission (RBP) practices
- Experience with Aconso Digital Personnel File software or OpenText
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors People Stories and/or SpinifexIT reporting tools
- SAP Certifications in HCM and EC
Qualifications And Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s / master’s degree in CS / CE / IT from a premier technology institute
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience with SAP ECC HCM and SAP SuccessFactors EC
Additional Notes (if any)
- This is an in-office position with hybrid work schedule (2 days at home).
- Working hours for this position is 9 am to 6 pm IST. Flexibility required to meet with Munich, U.S., and Singapore colleagues.
